Any issues relating to damage in transit must be reported to info@paddleoutlet.store within hours of delivery so that a claim can be placed with the courier, failure to do so may affect the customer's right to a full refund. 

Items can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase in a clean, undamaged, unused and resale-able condition (including original packaging). Please note that if goods are not returned in the condition in which you received them, we reserve the right to refuse such returns.

Paddle Outlet charges £5 for Return Shipping

  • This will be charged upon generation of the Returns Label.
  • Larger packages such as Kayaks and SUPs are charged at £15

 

If you choose to return your item(s) using your own courier please select 'Return in store' when processing your return and send to the named address. Any applicable return fees will still be deducted when refunds are processed.

If any additional shipping charges such as Next Day or Saturday Delivery were included in the original order, these will be deducted from any final refund.

 

Every product sold on Paddle Outlet comes with a 12-month manufacturer warranty unless otherwise stated.
